Which countries are we shipping to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently only ship to US with plans to expand soon and all shipping is free.
How long does it take to process
and deliver orders?
Order deadline: 5:00 PM
Order processing time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
The estimate delivery time is 3 - 5 business days
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will recieve an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the website track your order page.
How do I initiate a return
Contact us at
store@trydermaerase@gmail.com with your order number and return details. Our team will send you a return authorization. You are responsible for the return label and its costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of return approval.
Can I exchange my products?
Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the current item, once we recieve it we will send you another product.
What should I do if I recieve a defective or damaged item?
We recommend checking all packaging you recieve for defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
